Problems in the production process of vacuum forming products

Problems in the production process of vacuum forming products

In the production process of vacuum forming products, there are mainly problems such as "crystal points, bubbles, uneven thickness, scratches, pulling lines, inadequate suction, and bursting".

1. Crystal points and bubble problems: Crystal points and bubble problems are the most common problems in blister factories. This is mainly based on customer requirements. The reasons for the above problems are: 1) The quality of raw materials, whether they are brand new materials; 2) Whether the mold is made of copper, aluminum, or plaster, which is related to the mold making itself; 3) Whether there is dust in the production environment, whether it is a dust-free workshop, whether the surrounding area of the machine is clean, etc.

2. Uneven thickness: It mainly depends on the temperature control system of the vacuum forming equipment, which is the main reason for the uneven thickness. Secondly, whether the quality and thickness of the raw materials are uniform, which is closely related to the products produced. In addition, whether the upper mold is made standard, etc.

3. Scratches: From the raw materials themselves to the machine operation, machine, punching, folding, packaging, etc., this phenomenon may occur. This is mainly for customer requirements. If the customer is very concerned about this problem, we must pay special attention to preventive measures during the production process.

 4. Wire drawing problem: One is that the material is baked too well, and the other is that the upper mold is not pressed well. For these two situations, they are in the production process, and attention should be paid to adjustment to avoid.

5. The problem of not being able to suck in place: It is mainly caused by insufficient product temperature, and the product is relatively deep, and the upper mold is not pressed or the upper mold is not pressed in place. For this phenomenon, it is mainly completed by adjusting the machine.

6. Burst problem: It is mainly determined by the nature of the material itself. Some materials are very brittle and are prone to bursting during the production process. In addition, when producing APET materials, the silicone oil of the material is not enough, and there will be bursting. It is also related to the weather. In winter, the materials are relatively brittle, so special attention should be paid to the raw material formula. The last point is that there is a problem with the knife mold during the punching machine or the knife is not adjusted properly.
