2. Principle of vacuum forming

Vacuum  forming technology is a thermoforming processing method. It is a method of manufacturing open plastic shell products using thermoplastic plastic sheets. After cutting the plastic sheet into a certain size and heating and softening it, it is deformed and applied to a specific mold contour surface with the help of the air pressure difference and mechanical pressure on both sides of the sheet. After cooling and shaping, and trimming, the forming product process is completed.
