Application
VMP-B vacuum membrane press is engineered for precision pre-heating and thermoforming of solid surface materials (CORIAN®, HI-MACS®, STARON®, Hanex®, Avonite®, Krion®)plywood and advanced thermoplastics including acrylic and PVC. Equipped with advanced vacuum forming technology and precision temperature control systems,enabling the production of seamless curved surfaces, ergonomic contours, and innovative architectural elements for high-end interior applications.

For every vacuum membrane press install 100M3/H Shanghai vacuum pump, meantime install 238L big vacuum tank, this way get a better vacuum suction effect,extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
