Machine operating principle

Using the vacuum suction produced by the vacuum pump, the thermoplastic plastic sheets such as Acrylic ABS PVC and PET after heating and softening are molded into various shapes of vacuum covers, blister trays, bubble shells, etc

Clamp sheet -- moved heating box -- heating -- taken heating box -- mould up -- cooling -- mould

down -- clips loose -- take finished products
