Application

VMP-A vacuum membrane press is engineered for precision pre-heating and thermoforming of solid surface materials (CORIAN®, HI-MACS®, STARON®, Hanex®, Avonite®, Krion®)plywood and advanced thermoplastics including acrylic and PVC. Equipped with advanced vacuum forming technology and precision temperature control systems,enabling the production of seamless curved surfaces, ergonomic contours, and innovative architectural elements for high-end interior applications.

1.Intelligent control panel

It is easy to operate and view operating parameters, and uses Chint or Delixi electronic components to ensure service life.

High-flexibility cable,PU tubing,black clamp tubing connector (not blue),custom 7-strand high-temperature wire.

3.Quickly heating speed and more even

Instant heating system with infrared heating for fast baking.Dual-motor hot air circulation ensures more even oven temperature.

4.Drawer type oven-with double heating layer 

Double-layer for heating improve production efficiency. Tapered rollers are equipped with high-temperature resistant bearings, and the heating drawers are fitted with silicone sealing rings.

5.Important material high elastic silicone membrane 

Our vacuum membrane press machine use 3mm thickness silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, can be heated to 240℃，maximum forming height could reach 500mm

6.Double and more strong working table

First install steel plate table with vacuum hole then install the HPL vacuum table with 50*50mm vacuum channel

7.100M3/h Vacuum pump and Install vacuum tank

For every vacuum membrane press install 100M3/H Shanghai vacuum pump, meantime install 238L big vacuum tank, this way get a better vacuum suction effect,extend the service life of the vacuum pump.
