 Operating Condition

1.The surface treatment: The surface of substrate must be even and free dust ,oil and grease.

2.Glue-spread: it is recommended 65±2g/ ㎡on the flat,90±10g/ ㎡on the Edges and groove part.

3.Thermal activation temperature 80-100℃ , pressing time is 60~ 180 seconds. 4.When mixed with the catalyst, the ratio must be accurate.

 Storage&Packaging

1)  12 months in its unopened original package at 5~35ºC,Store in a clean,dry area.Keep containers closed.

 Matters needing attention

·Do not mix with other adhesives;

·The usage performance will vary depending on the type and oil content of the PVC film. It is recommended to test and confirm before using glue.

·The technical settings of the vacuum press process should be adjusted according to the temperature, humidity of the environment and the thickness of the PVC film.

·Consult MSDS and read "cautions" before used Recommended "FIFO " cycle
