It is mainly used for leather overmolding of various types of automotive dashboards, and can also be used in small quantities for heating and vacuum forming of simple models of thermoforming materials such as PVC, PET, acrylic, ABS, etc. The equipment has high working stability, simple operation and low maintenance cost.

Mainly Feature 

1. The equipment uses halogen heating tubes for heating, and the electric heat conversion efficiency can reach 70%, which is about 30% more energy-saving than traditional infrared heating tubes. And the heating is more uniform and the service life is longer.

2. Use thickened honeycomb vacuum adsorption platform to ensure the strength of the work and achieve uniform adsorption effect during vacuum adsorption.

3. Install 63M3/h vacuum pump, 1500*320mm vacuum tank, high-power vacuum pump with vacuum tube, so that the working suction is greater and the service life of the vacuum pump is extended.

4. Adopting the design concept of foreign countries, using 4 guide columns plus double cylinders to control the lifting and lowering, which is more stable.

5. The equipment adopts an overall modular design, which is simple to maintain and easy to operate.

◆ What is the work process for dashboard Leather Repair machine?
Spray glue on the dashboard and leather back--- install the leather on machine-put the car dash board on the machine working table,meantime need to put some fabric on the dashboard below---start heating--- start vacuum forming---Use knife cut the excess leather

◆ How much time need to finish one dashboard wrap work cyclie by the vacuum forming machine?

Usually need 2-3 minutes can finish one dash pad vinyl wrap by Union Froming Tech vacuum forming machine. This time include the heat and vacuum forming whole process

◆ If the leather can be recycle use?

All dashboard wrapping material,like PU leather,PVC leather Vinyl all of them cann't be recycled use, because when wrap leather on dashboard, we need to sray glue on the back,but when use vacuum machine we also can use our hand to provide assistance, so not easy have failuse wrap effect.

◆ If we can use this machine finish acryic,ABS sheet vacuum forming?

Yes,this machine can finish acrylic,ABS sheet vacuum forming, but the problem is after finish vacuum forming,it is not easy to demolding, because for this dashboard vacuum forming machine working table is fixed,cann't move, but our plastic sheet vacuum forming machine working table can up and down,easy demolding.Otherwise for this machine finish plastic sheet forming ,you only can use 1.2*2.3m sheet,so if you vacuum forming small parts,waste some material.

◆ What is the process for repair the dashboard?

Repair the wrinkles on the dashboard surface - Polishing - gluing -Leather wrapping 

◆ Which kind glue I will use for on dashboad  repair machine?

The glue it is same as manual wrapping leather, meantime contact with union forming tech,we also have recommend the glue.

◆ Can vinyl be vacuum formed or Can I vacuum vinyl?

Yes, Vinyl can be vacuum former, usually we can PVC as the vinyl,which use vacuum forming method over the products surface, allowing it to stretch and conform to the part's shape without wrinkles or gaps. Once cooled, the vinyl is trimmed and wrapped around the edges,then we will get a clean and high end finish products,it also is durable.

◆ What is a vinyl vacuum forming machine?

For the vinyl vacuum forming machine ,use the heat and vacuum method, first heat the vinyl then use vacuum wrap the leather arround the products.
