Industrial heat oven is designed for a perfectly uniform heating process of Solid Surfaces (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, Hanex, Avonite, Krion, etc ),  thermoplastics(ABS, Acrylic, PVC ) and composite materials.

1.Low power consumption

Oven is a circulating hot air type heat oven, pre-heating from room temperature to  165℃ needs only 20minutes. The average power drops to 3KW/h after the pre-set temperature  is reached and maintains the heat, which could save considerable energy and electrical cost.

2.Double layers platform design

 which can be used to heat two 2440*1220m sheets at the same time

3.Circulating air system

The Horizontal Circulating air system is set on all of the left, right, and top, equipped with circulation air duct. It could create strong hot air circulation inside of the oven, in order to achieve uniform, constant temperature heating and perfect soften on your sheets

4.Strong structure and long lifespan

Equipment main body made of 1.5mm welded stainless steel

Inside of oven made of 1.2mm thick SUS201# stainless steel

Main structure made of 3mm Angle iron and local 8# channel steel, great anti-deformation

5.Insulation and sealing performance

 Insulation made of 100mm thickness 100K encryption aluminum silicate rock wool. The sealing strip is made of high temperature rock wool rope, which could withstand high temperature without deformation, the whole oven has double-layer sealing.

6.Smart temperature control offers uniform and constant temperature heating for your material heating. Machine set timer and alarm system. Will remind you when the heating is finished.

7. Doors handle with the sealing system, easy to open and close
