HP-2500A hydraulic press for Corian basins & polyester panels

Application

Hydraulic press is designed for Double mold pressing thermoforming. It has a broad scope of application in the Solid Surface, PET ,felt thermoplastic and woodworking industries. It is widely used for pressing complicated and deep 3D thermoformed Solid Surface shapes like bowls and sinks, 3D components  and composite materials.

Equipment features

1. The flatness of the cold press can guarantee a minimum of 10 threads (0.1mm)

2. A solid integrated oil cylinder is used to ensure vertical and long-term use without oil leakage, achieving a good pressure-maintaining effect. Oil seals and other accessories are imported from Taiwan. There are over-pressure automatic control circuits and pressure protection devices.

3. The "field" type welding structure can make the pressure of the entire table evenly distributed, and the pressure plate effect is better; and the gantry milling is used to process the table to improve the precision of the pressure plate.

4. The fuselage is welded and formed with 14mm thick steel plates, and the fuselage is treated with anti-corrosion and rust removal. The whole body is sprayed with anti-rust paint to effectively prevent rust. The surface is polished smooth and flat, and the spray paint should be glossy. The color of the equipment is changed from dark blue to bright blue.

5. The button-type operation panel is simple to operate, equipped with a digital display timer and a scale pressure gauge, and the display is intuitive and convenient. Press-type emergency stop switch, power-off emergency stop, upper and lower limit travel switches, and automatic stop lifting.

6. According to the size of the stroke, it is equipped with a high-efficiency motor and a pure copper movement, which has high power and high efficiency to ensure stable pressure.

7. It uses Huade solenoid valves, and other electrical appliances are Chint brand electrical appliances. The internal circuits are safe and neat, and the machine works more stably.

8. The lifting speed of the pressure plate is uniform, the pressure is uniform, and the working effect is good.

9. The precision oil circuit control system ensures the stable inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil.
